You could also try 4008823823 which is KFC's takeaway number, although they have problems with English in Shanghai, so I can't imagine what the line is like in Jinhua...

The phone company voice prompts just say this number is not in service...like when i dial a wrong number. ive been trying to find out what region the number belongs to so i can add the pre-fix....
