As everyone (else) seems to know, Hunan TV is famous for producing HIGH QUALITY dramas and entertainment shows which are enjoyed across China. Rumour has it (Kaixin001 is where I get my gossip) that a Hunan satellite TV station is remaking (one of) the best TV shows in recent history – Gossip Girl!

not that I like it,but I wouldn’t care if the one who’ll play as chuck bass will be as good as ed, and the is suitable for the girl who played blair. yeah, you know what I mean.

Please. There’s a world outside of ‘Gossip Girl’. There is better entertainment in the art house film scene. Remember how amazing ‘California Fever’ was? Omg! ‘Dark Shadows’ is unforgetable! No? Nothing? Exactly, Gossip girl is as forgettable as all of those old shows.

Ting “Why china likes to copy everytime”. HAve any of you considered how the US copies pretty much EVERYTHING and americans don’t even know? ABC and Fox have ripped off so many productions from other countries. ESPECIALLY the BBC, but also Australia and to lesser extent New Zealand. China does copy heaps, but so does america. Look at ‘Skins’, ‘The Office’, the ‘Outrageous Fortune’ knock off. Americans really shouldn’t be complaining. It’s just what you get from corporate entertainment. Lack of originality because the masses buy into it.
